These terms govern your use of the NIMA Studio desktop application and website (the "Service"), operated by NIMA STUDIO, Georgia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
NIMA Studio is software for TikTok LIVE creators: stream overlays, leaderboards, viewer-controlled mini-games and related tools. The Service is provided as a subscription. It contains no gambling, no real-money prizes and no virtual currency.
You need an account to use the games. You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. One subscription is for one account and may not be shared or resold.
The subscription is billed in advance every month and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment partner Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record and collects applicable taxes. Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass the subscription check, or use it to break the law or the rules of TikTok or any other platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service works alongside TikTok LIVE. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok may change its platform at any time, which can affect features of the Service.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed or removed.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
