This policy explains what data NIMA STUDIO, Georgia ("we") processes when you use the NIMA Studio app and website.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. Your TikTok LIVE data (viewers, gifts, comments) and your game settings are processed on your own computer and are not uploaded to our servers.
To provide and secure your account, verify your subscription, send account-related e-mails (for example a password reset code), and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (payment processing by Dodo Payments, and Google if you use Google sign-in), or when the law requires it.
We keep your account data while your account exists. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by e-mailing us. Deleting your account removes your account data, except records we must keep by law.
Passwords are stored hashed, and subscription licences are digitally signed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
